Once you see the SIlver Guardian SUV then that is when it goes to Sentai footage however it then cuts to footage of the American Nadira.
It then cuts back to Sentai footage of the Guardian SUV.
It then cuts back to the American Nadira. However once you see this shot then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
It then eventually cuts back to the American Nadira however it then cuts back to a Sentai close-up shot of the various boots of the C-bots.
The shot of the first Silver Guardian firing his Laser is new footage however it cuts right back into Sentai footage as soon as you see the Cyclobots again.
You'll then see a cut to more American footage, this time of 2 Silver Guardians firing their Lasers which includes the following side shot however it cuts right back into Sentai footage once you see the C-bots again.
After the remaining Rangers how up in Sentai footage, it then cuts back to the American Nadira. However it then cuts back to the Sentai footage of the Quantum Ranger who is currently aiming his Quantum Defender her (Nadira's) way.
Here's this shot which is indeed Sentai footage however the shot of Nadira in the shot isn't a case of it being Sentai footage. They actually shot the American Nadira and green/blue screened her into the Sentai footage.
However it then cuts back to full American footage of Nadira. After she teleports away, it then cuts back to the Sentai footage of the 5 Rangers.

After Eric calls for "Q-Rex arise," it then cuts into the Sentai footage of the Q-Rex arising sequence.

After the Q-Rex Megazord walks towards them, it then cuts back into new footage of the Rangers which also includes the shot of the Blue Ranger calling Circuit for help... because of their giant problem.
Once it cuts into the Year 3000 sequence of the preparation for time travel which includes the Trans-Warp Megazord catapulting the Shadow Winger down the runaway then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage. Yes, I'm stating that because there's the usual Shadow Winger-Megazord Mode sequence and then once that sequence is complete, it then cuts to even more Sentai footage however this time of some Cyclobots.
After the Q-Rex Megazord fires its Missiles which causes them to hit the Time Shadow Megazord which causes an explosion, after the explosion fades away.. it cuts into new footage of a water shot.
This water shot also appears to be new footage.
After Jen runs off... away from Eric, it then cuts back into the Sentai footage of Conwing.
This shot is when it goes back to new footage.
This side shot of Conwing is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
These shots   are new footage.
Once you see a side shot of the other 5 Rangers then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage however it then cuts back right into new footage of the Q-Rex Megazord chasing after Eric.
However once you see the next shot of Conwing then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage.

Once Eric fires Jen's Cannon, it then cuts back into the Sentai footage of Conwing.
There's a quick up-close new shot of Eric as he's holding Jen's V-Cannon however it then cuts back into the Sentai footage as the Quantum Morpher is flying in the air and then it begins to fall.
It cuts back into new footage of Eric as he's holding Jen's Cannon and at the same time he catches his Morpher.
As Eric is preparing to put his Morpher back on his wrist, it then quickly cuts into a Sentai close-up of Naoto's hand/fingers as he's placing the device on his wrist. Yes, those are Naoto's fingers.
It then cuts back to the American Eric. He looks over to the footage (don't know if it's new or not) of his Megazord. It then goes back to American Eric who orders him to stop. The Megazord is in the same shot as Eric at this point.
After the Q-Rex Megazord stops, it then cuts to the Senai footage of the 5 Rangers.
It then goes back to American Eric.
The footage in which Conwing rips off his DNA patch and exposes his Mutant DNA is new footage because he didn't ever grow in Timeranger so he never took off his patch and exposed his DNA.

Even the refreezing sequence for Conwing is new footage as is the scene in which the frozen toy Conwing drops or rather falls onto the ground.
